These terms apply when you use the Indus Saddlery website and buy our products. By placing an order you agree to them. Indus Saddlery is based in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
Our products are handcrafted from natural leather, so each piece is unique. Small variations in colour, grain and markings are a feature of genuine leather, not a defect. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished product.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it or confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund you in full.
You can cancel an in-stock order free of charge until it is dispatched. Made-to-order items can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering; after that, work has started and the order cannot be cancelled.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and our 12-month workmanship guarantee by our Returns Policy.
Horse riding carries inherent risks. Have saddles and tack fitted correctly, check stitching, billets, leathers and hardware before every ride, and replace worn items. Sizing guides on our website are general guidance only.
The content of this website, including text, logos and designs, belongs to Indus Saddlery or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
