Shipping Policy

Every Indus piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan, and shipped directly to you by express courier.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Express couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please use a street address.

Processing times

• In-stock tack and accessories: dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
• In-stock saddles: dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, after a final inspection.
• Made-to-order items: when a size or colour is not in stock, we make it for you. Allow 3 to 4 weeks before dispatch. We will email you an estimated dispatch date after you order.

Delivery times and tracking

Orders ship by international express courier (such as DHL Express or FedEx International). Most US deliveries arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid. The total you pay at checkout is final: we pay any import duties and customs fees, and the courier will not ask you for any payment on delivery.

Delivery issues

• Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided, and redelivery may cost extra.
• If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the courier and replace or refund lost or damaged items.
